Currently, itch ships exclusively within Egypt.
SHIPPING FEES
Standard delivery is EGP 118 per order, anywhere in Egypt.
The shipping fee is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
PROCESSING TIME
Good things take a minute.
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days after they're placed.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
DELIVERY TIME
Once your order is dispatched, standard delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days.
That means your order should generally arrive within 5–8 business days from the date of purchase, including processing time.
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Occasionally, courier delays or public holidays may affect the timeline.

RETURNS
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request an eligible return or exchange.
For change-of-mind returns, the product should remain in its original condition. Changes or damage caused by improper use or handling may affect eligibility, in accordance with applicable law.

EXCHANGES
Found something else you love? Valid.
You can request a direct exchange for another itch product within 14 days of delivery, subject to eligibility and availability.
If your new pick costs more, you'll pay the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference.
For change-of-mind exchanges, the customer covers return collection and replacement delivery where legally permitted. We'll confirm the charges before arranging anything.
A LITTLE NOTE ABOUT LEATHER
Our products are made from embossed cowhide leather. And while the personality is loud, the care routine should be gentle.
Leather and its finishes can be affected by prolonged direct sunlight, excessive heat, moisture, perfume, oils, friction, and unsuitable cleaning products.
Damage caused by improper handling or care isn't necessarily a manufacturing defect. This can include fading, stains, scratches, or deterioration where these result from misuse rather than a product fault.
Every product has its own MATERIAL & CARE guidelines. Give them a read. She's cute, not invincible.
DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Something arrived wrong? Okay, that's on us.
If your item is defective, damaged on arrival, or doesn't match what you ordered, email support@itchworld.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos are helpful.
Under Egyptian consumer protection law, eligible defective or nonconforming products may be returned for a refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt, without additional charges.
We'll review any reported issue fairly, taking into account the product's condition, its intended use, and the cause of the problem.
Genuine manufacturing defects are not excluded simply because the product has been used or because its appearance has changed.
Any additional statutory or warranty rights remain unaffected.
RETURN COLLECTION & FEES
Our courier will arrange collection from your address.
For change-of-mind returns, the applicable return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund where legally permitted. We'll tell you the amount before arranging pickup.
For defective or incorrect items, itch covers the necessary return collection and replacement delivery costs.
REFUNDS
For eligible online returns, refunds will be processed within the legally required timeframe, generally no later than seven days after the product is returned.
Paid online? We'll refund the original payment method unless another method is agreed.
Paid by Cash on Delivery? You can choose a bank transfer or mobile wallet refund.
Any permitted deductions will be clearly communicated before return collection.
